Who is Arvenzo?

Arvenzo is a Belgian clothing brand from Begijnendijk. We design nature-inspired graphic t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts featuring wildlife, mountains, forests and night skies.
How long does delivery take?
↓
Every item is printed on demand, just for you. Expect an average delivery time of 5–8 working days in total (production + shipping). As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a track & trace code.
Where do you ship to and what does shipping cost?

We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands and all other EU countries. Shipping is free on orders from €45. For orders under €45, standard shipping costs €4.99. You always see the exact shipping costs in the checkout before you pay.
Where are the products made?
↓
All Arvenzo products are printed on demand in Europe by our print partner. Nothing is produced in advance, so there is no overproduction or leftover stock.
What sizes are available and how do they fit?

All t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts are unisex and available in sizes XS to 5XL with a regular fit. Every product page has a size chart with exact measurements in centimetres. In doubt between two sizes? Choose the larger one for a relaxed fit.
What materials do you use?
↓
T-shirts: 100% ring-spun cotton, 185 g/m². Sweatshirts: 80% cotton and 20% polyester, 280 g/m². Hoodies: 80% cotton and 20% polyester, 280 g/m², with a fleece-lined interior, double-layer hood and kangaroo pocket.
Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to return it without giving a reason. The item must be unworn and unwashed, with its original label. Report your return via support@arvenzo.eu. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely with, among others, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal and iDEAL. All available payment methods are shown in the checkout.
How do I wash my Arvenzo clothing?
↓
Wash at a maximum of 30°C with the garment turned inside out. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry and do not iron directly on the print. This keeps the print looking good for longer.
